The only way you'd be able to sell the game is if you had a physical copy and every game that works that way requires you have the disc in the console at the time to access it so if you sell your PS5 copy to a friend, then you won't be able to play on PS5 anymore. I'm safely assuming if you have a digital copy of the game it'd be locked to your account you bought it on and you won't be able to sell it to a friend without giving them your entire blizzard account. The copy of the game is just to play it on PC or ps5 regardless of account. No the game is separate from your account just like it's always been.
